Dear Dragon Families,

We had hoped we could return safely to school, however today our school attendance was at an
all time low of only 60%. In addition we had to send home a number of symptomatic students.
The Monroe County seven day rolling average is at 17.4% and the Finger Lakes Region is at
16.2% and rising. These percentages are more than double what they were for the original
closure period.

The health and safety of our students, families, and staff is our utmost priority. Your child’s
teacher will be in communication with expectations and further directions. Your child will come
home with the school issued Chromebook to utilize for the remainder of the week.
Please plan to be remote the remainder of this week (1/4/22-1/7/22).
