Meet Alyssa Lindstrom!

Hi, my name is Alyssa Lindstrom, and I am the Visual Arts teacher at Discovery Charter School. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Nazareth College in Art Education. I am also the co-chair of NYSATA Region 2 and Board of Trustees Representative.

I love to play soccer and go running, and I also enjoy camping and hiking!

My favorite form of art is building ceramic architectural structures and book binding!

About DCS

Discovery Charter School is an elementary public school (opened grades K-2, growing to K-6), whose charter was approved by the New York State Education Department in December 2010. The building is situated on a picturesque 8.6 acres which contain ideal classroom and common use space as well as state of the art technology.
