Hi, my name is Brenda Kennison, and I teach second grade at Discovery Charter School. I have my B.S in Communications and Elementary Education, my M.S. in Early Childhood Education, and my C.A.S. in School Administration. I have spent the last 26 years in education- in the areas of teaching, administration, staff development, and curriculum development.

My hobbies include cooking, reading, traveling and crafting.

A fun fact about me is that I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 21 years old. I like to think I still have “some moves”.
